Department: Dietary Services
Oversees, organizes, and directs the dietary department. Supervises and is responsible for the cost containment, and the budget process. Has a basic understanding of appropriate diet related concerns of all ages. Responsible for purchasing, building, and buying groceries. Must be a Certified Dietary Manager or willing to complete the course in two years. Knowledge of accounting, quality food purchasing, food purchasing and food preparation and equipment is required. At least five years of work experience in a health care facility and two years of supervisory skills are preferred. Full Time Days/Evenings
