This position includes responsibility for operating imaging, ultrasound, laser, and steris equipment related to urology service. Employs advanced knowledge of radiation safety to assure patient/staff protection. Acts as resource to urologists related to operation of ESWL equipment.Required: Associate degree in Radiology Sciences. Successful completion of a program of training in principles and techniques of radiology from an accredited training program. Must be ARRT registered through a program approved by the American Medical Council on Medical Education. Must maintain current National and State of Oregon license to practice radiology. Must maintain current CPR. Must have Lithotripter experience.
