Quality Manager
Emerson Electric, a world leader in the production of Electric Motors used in residential and commercial HVAC units is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Quality Manager at our Russellville, KY facility.
This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing Quality initiatives to insure continuous improvement of products and processes. Duties will include but not limited to the following:
? Assure products meet safety and reliably standards.
? Utilize Statistical Tools to resolve issues and monitor improvement activities.
? Provide technical and systems support to Manufacturing Operations.
? Build and maintain relationships with Suppliers, Customers and Company
Leadership.
? Support the Shared Objectives of the Operations Team in a fast-paced, highly-
competitive, manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or related discipline and Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and computer skills are a must.
