The agency operates 43 community-based programs and services in South-eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware to provide assistance to needy children, the elderly, the homeless and those with chronic mental health issues together with ex-offenders returning to society. Nationwide Volunteers of America offers more than 100 different kinds of services in approximately 300 communities touching the lives of more than 1.7 million people a year. The position of Job Coach will report to the GED Teacher and become part of the facility's treatment team. They will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining employment. They will orient new clients to the educational, vocational and employment services, conduct telephone verifications for clients, conduct job readiness and retention classes.
