Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital has a current need for a part-time licensed Social Worker that provides compassionate service to patients at the Ray Yasui Dialysis Center for 24 hours per week. Vision: As people of Providence, we will provide a connected experience of care built on a foundation of clinical excellence.General Summary: Provides services to patients and their families to support and maintain social functioning and adjustment to illness.
