Salary is negotiable based on experience. The Quality Assurance and Testing Director will be responsible for providing a strategic direction for the Quality and Testing departments. The responsibilities will include: " Evaluate company processes, procedures and standards " Recommend improvements to processes " Provide trending information to senior management " Supervise, oversee the training and development of employees and issue employment evaluations " Interact with other members of senior management to ensure that processes and methodologies incorporate change, and testing processes are deployed, understood and remain effective " Manage research, evaluation and installation of automated testing tools " Maintain reliable infrastructure to support source code control for all test and production environments NA
