Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Process or Chemical Engineer with experience in the design of Power Generation projects (non-nuclear). This position is located in Boise, ID. You will need 15 years of facility and industrial system design with a minimum of 5 years in power plant design. Great benefits including relocation assistance. Pay negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities: -> Act as Senior Process engineer for the design of Power Generation projects (fossil, geothermal) -> Develop or direct others in the development of PFDs, PandIDs, equipment specifications, material requisitions, data sheets, equipment arrangements, 3D equipment models, pipe routing and other engineering for power generation facilities Requirements: -> BSChE -> 15 years of facility and industrial system design with a minimum of 5 years in power plant design -> Advanced in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following: Process Cycles and Optimization, Process Chemistry Balances, Process System Modeling Software (HYSYS), Unit Process Equipment Selection and Specification, Two-phase flow, HAZOP and Environmental Considerations, Costs and Cost/Benefit Analysis -> Geothermal experience is a plus Benefits: -> Paid Vacation -> 401K -> Health Insurance, and more...
