The Sales Manager is responsible for a proactive sales effort, generating new business and contacts and managing existing accounts. The primary job is to devlop the hotels business through customer relationships. The focus of this position is direct sales. Must maintain an active prospecting effort and meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals. Is also responsible for maintaining sales files, ACT database and developing weekly and monthly sales reports in accordance with the Oxford Suites sales procedure standards.
