Shore Lodge in McCall ID is looking for a Food & Beverage Director to lead our dedicated team of Food and Beverage professionals. The individual in this position must be able to resolve issues satisfactorily with internal and external customers while providing the highest level of service and operational efficiency. The Food & Beverage Director will be responsible for the selection, training, supervising and development of all food and beverage personnel associated with the resort and the club. The person in this position, with the assistance of the Executive Chef and the OutletRestaurant Managers, oversees our kitchen, fine dining restaurant, water-front restaurant, catering and off-premise outlets. Monitoring food, beverage and labor costs is also an important function in this position. The individual we are searching for must be able to maintain high visibility with associates, guests, members and other leaders in the management team.



Shore Lodge has a long and rich history in the town of McCall, Idaho. We originally opened in 1948 and have continued to grow and develop throughout the years. Today we are a premier resort with all the amenities: lakeside fine and casual dining, tennis, golf, swimming, a fitness center, our own marina and movie theater. We are located on Payette Lake, nestled amidst beautiful Ponderosa State Park, about 100 miles north of Boise ID. In the summer the area offers all types of water activities including boating, rafting, waterskiing and fishing as well as hiking, biking, and horseback riding. In the winter there is a downhill ski area within a 15 minute drive, a multitude of cross country trails and a winter wonderland of snowmobiling.
