The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract high-limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Work requires superior communication and judgmental skills, as the position is called upon to interact frequently with high-limit customers and make decisions regarding extensions of complimentaries. ?? Requirements : Demonstrated knowledge of casino gaming, as well as regular high-limit customers and their betting habits in order to make knowledgeable decisions regarding complimentaries. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of budget process, financial statements, accounting principals, and property policies and procedures. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education or equivalent and college level courses in Communications andor Marketing, as well as through a minimum of five years of casino customer contact experience. Ability to speak two of the following languages is a plus: Vietnamese, Chinese, English and Japanese.
