Landrys Seafood House located in Lafayette, LA has an exciting career opportunity available for an experienced Kitchen Manager!!
The Kitchen Manager, under the Senior Kitchen Managers direction, is responsible for the operation of a high volume kitchen, mentoring staff, staff schedules, hands on involvement with inventory controls, foodlabor cost, and kitchen sanitation.
