Responsible for providing guest satisfaction at the resort by: coordinating and overseeing all guest activities and supervising the safe, clean, efficient operation of the swimming pools, fitness center, all recreationtennis areas, and Photography Studo. Market, organize and supervise guest activities and develop events that are of the best quality, safe in nature and which create a new experience, educational opportunity or an added value to the guest vacation experience.
Directly lead 10-20 managerssupervisorsassociates. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; counseling associates; addressing and resolving guest concerns.
