Responsible for selling corporate and social food & beverage business to maximize profits of the hotel. Accountable for soliciting new and existing accounts through personal contact, telephone calls, solicitation letters, promotional events, community and industry events. Responsible for up selling food and beverage in order to assist in budgeted revenue. Responsible for developing client relationships in order to increase long term repeat business. Interaction with clientsguests and employees in a courteous, empathic and discreet manner. Maintain 100 Service Excellence Standards.
