Full Time Bell Captain The Omni Charlotte Hotel currently has a Full Time Bell Captain position open.?? The Bell Captain will provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.?? The Bell Captain will also oversee the bell staff in carrying out this purpose.?? The Bell Captain will complete monthly 4-diamond training with the bell staff; oversee the entire luggage process; maintain complete??logs of baggage, check in, check outs, deliveries, etc.; oversee the storage and delivery of all packages; responsible for handling all convention related distributions to guest rooms; distribute all communications to bell staff in regards to arrival of groups, VIPS and sites; maintain the cleanliness of the bellstand and motor lobby area; and emulate excellent customer service.
