We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Atria Aquidneck Place in Portsmouth, RI. The primary job function of the Maintenance Director is to contributing to the overall fiscal health of our Atria community through effective preventative maintenance and care of our community and equipment.



Scope of Responsibilities Include:

- Repair air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

- Timely, friendly, and accurate follow-through for all work orders

- Preventative maintenance

- Schedule work

- Manage operation and capital budgets

- Keep facility in compliance with all codes, licensure, OSHA, EPA and NEPA requirements
