GENERAL FUNCTION:
Project leadership position responsible for continued development and enhancement of Customer Relationship Management products and processes for an assigned line of business/division (Business Banking). Continued management and support of existing products, in-depth knowledge of products, and support of sales initiatives through CRM training. Acts as the primary liaison between several areas of the bank, including Wholesale Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations, DP, Legal, Audit, and Retail/Business Banking. Defines and evolves the CRM product to align with sales strategies and initiatives. Works under general supervision. Requires occasional feedback and guidance on product plans.

Leadership o Represent the interests of all business partners to ensure internal & external customer needs/expectations are met, and to evaluate products and services provided with focus on improvement. o Comply with bank/division policies, procedures and strategies. o Communicate strategies and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner. o Oversight of marketing materials and working with the marketing team. * Product Development and Enhancement o Participates in the development of new functionality and enhancements of existing CRM product. Works with defined contacts to research and define the product and technological needs of customers & lending officers. o Assists in directing all activities to effectively bring the assigned products to implementation. This requires a strong working relationship with Line of Business officers, systems, operations and other Banking business partners to develop timely delivery strategies with a focus on quality. o Identifies and prioritizes product and process improvement opportunities. Provides guidance with regards to the product and/or process on projects. o Partners with Product Managers of other key source applications used to feed information to CRM. o Assists CRM team in prioritizing projects and system change requests. o Identifies, defines, articulates and drives product requirements. * Quality Assurance & Implementation o Participates in setting expectations regarding the product and processes, specifically focusing on quality and timeliness factors. Establish agreed-upon quality indicators with partners and at the business line for product delivery. o Works with assigned contacts to monitor product and process performance against established quality factors. Assess changing market needs, competitive position and performance measure; seek adjustment to processes to meet quality benchmarks as necessary. o Provides necessary education for product/process within the line of business and/or Bancorp functions. * Strategic Direction and Planning o Assists in establishing, executing and evaluating, and monitoring the strategic direction of assigned products to include a focus on product profitability, enhancement of Fifth Third's image in the market and increased/stabilized market share in selected markets. o Participates in establishing, executing and evaluating tactical plans to: Meet the business needs of the line of business functions of Fifth Third Bancorp, meet or exceed customer needs and expectE.O.E., M/F/D/V Federal law requires that we hire only U.S. citizens or aliens authorized to work in the United States.
