28K Commercial Collector Bilingual is Plus
Description: We are looking for experienced collectors with skip tracing experience. Our client is a commercial collections company that strides at what they do. They have an immediate need for collectors with a proven track record. Primary responsibilities are to contact various companies throughout the US/International locations to resolve client accounts receivables. Collectors may be required to investigate potential problems and take corrective actions without compromising current business relationships and to ensure proper commercial collection practices. Candidates must have collection experience with a reputable company. Previous commercial experience, bankcard experience preferred but not required. Candidates must also possess the ability to handle heavy outbound calls, set goals, meet quotas, and work with multiple clients in a variety of industries. Additional requirements would include: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with a Windows based collection software.
