0080982Perform assessment and initial intake of program participants, following up as necessary to obtain appropriate documentation. Provide vocational counseling and assess the training and education needs of participants and design and implement their career development plans. Research & identify the best training and education program for participants. Enroll participants in appropriate training & education programs & track their success in programs,make adjustments if necessary. Provide reports as required and obligate WIA funds to participants with ITAs as appropriate. Provide program delivery at plant closing and mass layoff sites. Research and coordinate use of outside resources to benefit participants. Work with schools and system support provider to ensure proper payments for client training. Maintain records in keeping with regulatory requirements. Perform other duties and tasks on other responsibilities as required. TAA Exp is a plus Job site is in Arlington Hts.
