Community Education Centers(CEC) is a leading provider of residential and outpatient community corrections programs. Working in over 100 locations across the U.S., we provide a foundation of support to change addictive and criminal behaviors and effectively prepare our residents for community reintegration. With programming that encompass assessment, drug and alcohol education, and education services for juvenile and adult populations. We are redefining effective means to reduce recidivism. As Case Manager, you will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for a caseload of residents. Accordingly, you will assess and identify clinical issues for each resident and create clear objectives and goals. You will also track and document resident progress in case reports while working to meet all required internal and external standards and policies.
Your primary duties include case management, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, assessment and treatment planning, monthly behavioral evaluations, case presentations, conducting interventions, giving individual/group lectures and didactic presentations, facilitating community meetings, participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and treatment plan reviews, developing aftercare treatment plans, and all required documentation. Other areas of focus can include Alumni Services, Family Services Smoke Cessation, Orientation and HIV Services. You will also participate in daily shift-change meetings.
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in the field of human services. Other vital competencies include good computer skills and valid driver's license. We conduct Drug Testing as a condition of employment.
