Job Description and Requirements:USfalcon recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Management Analyst to work out of Fort Belvoir, VA.This position is contingent upon award of contract.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance..Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)..Duties:- Support the Counter-IED TF Chairman and Co-chair of the Department of Army Counter-IED TF in the fiscal and program management of relevant technologies, their investigation, and demonstration to include interagency liaison coordination relative to current and future force technology gaps. - Support the Counter-IED TF Chairman and Co-chair in cooperative efforts with any of the Services training centers in the demonstration, training and use of technologies or systems considered for use by US or Allied Forces, as required. - Support the Counter-IED TF Chairman and Co-chair in the conduct of technical workshops and conferences to support his goals and objectives. - Support the Counter-IED TF Chairman and Co-chair in science and technology training requirements, provide support to market research & analysis, stakeholder analysis, developing and synchronizing technology implementation plans, product assessments, and operational system refinements for relevant technologies at the DODs collective maneuver training centers of excellence and the Joint IED Defeat Organizations Joint Centers of Excellence (JIEDDO JCOE).- Conduct studies of moderately complex work processes, functions, and procedures for assigned work units. Studies conducted include: Management Analysis: review regulatory data and manpower policies to determines if proposed policy statements are within local authority. Advisory service: Conducts special manpower studies or manpower surveys requested by operating officials and prepare reports advising on management practices and improvements.
