Conroe firm seeking license surveyor for upcoming long term project and continued work thereafter.
This position is in the Beaumont Area. The company will provide living accommodations while in Beaumont ( Monday-Friday )
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position requires the individual to have 5+ years of experience working in the field as a party chief on a heavy construction site performing and supervising various surveying activities. As a Survey Party Chief with the firm, he or she will be viewed as the crew leader and work both in the office processing data and out in the field performing and directing all survey activities.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising various surveying activities
Accurately read and interpret drawing and blueprints
Perform necessary survey calculations
Keep thorough notes and records and the ability to run all equipment necessary for surveying activities, including total stations, automatic levels, data collectors and all computer activities associated with surveying.
