Superior Technical Resources is currently looking for a Manager, Community Platform for one of our clients in North Hollywood, CA. We are looking for an insightful, ingenious, and unstoppable person to manage the functionality of a mom-focused community web product and its support tools. The majority of this persons time will be spent evaluating, analyzing and optimizing features. He or she will implement new features from based on user need or business objective and input from director and team, A consummate troubleshooter, this person does what it takes through plow through obstacles – getting things done even if there are issues with priorities, resources from other departments, or technical difficulties. As a key contributor to the community product vision and owner of its execution, this person will be versed in all aspects of how it works, analyze its success and shortcomings, and prioritize fixes and improvements so that they align with vision and success metrics for this community product. Job Responsibilities: · Managing the community editor, who is responsible for promoting key community initiatives · Prioritizing the bugs and improvements that will have the biggest impact on meeting our business objectives, pushing through these fixes, including documenting feature set improvements, meeting with stakeholders, meeting with resources. · Interfacing with Ad Sales to provide sponsorable community elements · Working with Director & Sr. Manager to set and implement vision for community growth and meeting our business objectives · Interface with internal partners to make sure the platform meets the partners needs, including giving presentations about our capabilities · Analyzing community traffic and participation numbers activity, broadcasting reports, recommending for action steps based on numbers · Monitor competitive landscape & social networking sites to identify new ways to grow community Make a Superior career choice today. www.superiorjobs.com.
