The Integrated Intelligence Solutions (I2S) Operation of SAIC - Operations, Intelligence and Security Business Unit has an opening for an Advanced Foreign CI Operations (AFCIO) Instructor in Elkridge, MD.
POSITION SUMMARY: Seasoned Counterintelligence (CI) professional to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Operations Course. In this highly visible role our instructors perform a vital role in support of the Counterintelligence Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Instruct in the structure and targeting of Foreign Intelligence and Security Services (FISS). *Course Development, curriculum development, student evaluations and course critiques.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *15+ years of CI experience with 5+ years of experience in CI Source Operations or two tours in Iraq or Afghanistan performing source operations. *Certified Offensive CI Operations (OFCO) case officer or Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CFSO) with field experience. *Knowledge in technical, polygraph, and psychology to support CI operations, report writing, and Portico. *Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *Prior graduate of the JCITA Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Course, the Field Tradecraft Course, Military Source Operations (MSO) and/or the Air Force Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC). *5+ years related training/instructor experience. *Knowledge of in-residence, mobile training, and distance learning via a learning management system (LMS). *Knowledge of Operational cycle. *Bilateral Operations. *Surveillance Detection.
