My client is seeking a senior-level individual for this Practice Builder/Transportation Construction Services Management position at their regional office at a DFW mid-cities location.
My client is a large consulting firm that provides operations, maintenance and engineering services for a variety of commercial and government applications such as transportation, highways & bridges, oil and gas, pipelines/utilities, water/wastewater, aviation, environmental assessment and remediation, facilities, and geospatial information technologies. They work globally with more than 50 offices and 4,000 employees.
The Practice Builder/Manager will be responsible for the overall Texas and regional Transportation Construction Services business plans for growth, profitability and project performance. They will provide coordination for project initiatives and marketing of services, working with the companyýý s regional and national Transportation/Construction initiatives. This person will also be responsible for the overall management direction of several construction projects. This position offers a tremendous opportunity to grow regionally and nationally.ý- 4 Year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
ý- Minimum 15 years of related experience in Transportation with TxDOT/NTTA; has established strong client relationships
ý- Understanding of Construction Services markets outside DOT and Texas.
ý- Strong leadership skills and ability to generate business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the construction services market
ý- Design/Build Experience is a must
ý- Texas P.E. is a must
ý- Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point and Primavera Scheduling Software
Preferences:
ý- CCM desirable
ý- Claims Avoidance/Mitigation Experience
