Global Health Care Group is seeking Pediatric Dentist services for the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service.
The need is for a Dentist who is able to provide services for two (2) weeks consecutively; a total of three (3) times during this fiscal year.
The tour of duty hours will be from 8:00am to 4:30pm at the Ft. Yates PHS, HIS Hospital in Ft. Yates, North Dakota and other times services will be needed at McLaughlin Clinic in McLaughlin, South Dakota.
Period of Performance: The period of performance will be from date of hire to September 30, 2010.
Statement of Work:
The Dentist shall provide Dental Health Care Services to the Indian patients of the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Services Standing Rock Service Unit.
The Dentist will be required to provide oral and radiographic examinations and diagnosis, restorative care, oral surgery and pediatric care. Interested candidates, upon request, will receive a complete statement of work.ıııMust have graduated with a degree in dental surgery (DDS) or dental medicine (DMD), from an accredited US or Canadian dental school.
ıııMust posses a current dental license and provide a copy upon request.
ıııMust present a minimum of three (3) letters of reference.
