Position Summary


The position is responsible for the maintenance of assets and content in the Information Technology section of Samsung.com including Printers, Monitors, Projectors, Commercial Displays and Mobile Computing. As an Online Content Manager, he/she will work with our Marcom team, in their support of the Product Marketing team, to ensure proper presentation of category or product positioning in addition to managing CRM email database and campaign management. He/she will also need to monitor website & campaign performance as well as being capable of designing or editing html pages and banners.



Common Essential Duties & Resp.


Maintain the Information Technology sections of Samsung.com with up-to-date information such as core messaging, product specs, images, product demos and news

Coordinate Marcom and Product teams in support of product launches and associated marketing campaigns

Capable of creating and designing HTML pages and/or banners for ad hoc campaigns or opportunistic marketing efforts

Capable of creating or editing flash animations

Communicates with 3rd party vendors or internal departments to resolve technical issues related with the website infrastructure

Works with the Marketing Analyst to identify what needs to be reported on a weekly / monthly basis and provide insights to the Marcom team based on these reports

Capable of setting CRM strategy to execute and monitor email campaigns in addition to Db growth strategy.





Necessary Skills / Attributes


Bachelor's degree
3 - 5 years of relevant web experience
Project Management Skills
HTML and Flash skills required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Good Understanding of JavaScript
Understanding of Web Analytics
Understanding of Web Content Management Systems
B2B Marketing Background is necessary
