Job Description: **Note... THIS POSITION IS POSTED IN ANTICIPATION OF FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WHICH WE WELCOME YOUR RESUME SUBMISSION. BAE Systems is looking for an Acquisition Analyst to join our Engineering Team. This task will provide an integrated means to respond to the Marine Corps and Congressional oversight in regards to the military equipment that has been purchased and delivered with a primary focus on the Supplemental requirements and secondarily on all other procurement allocations. The work will use the current systems, automated systems available and additional data as required residing in non-automated systems, Budget Exhibits, etc... Supplemental Tracking and Reset Reporting System (STARRS) is the tool used to create reports for this effort. The ideal candidate would demonstrate in their resume submission experience performing ANY OR ALL of the following comprehensive programmatic analysis services and support: - Reviewing all associated programmatic acquisition documentation and cross reference to data contained in the financial and equipment information systems, such as Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Standard Accounting, Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS), Standard Procurement System (SPS)/PD2, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), PR Builder, Program & Budgeting Documentation Database (PBDD) and Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) to accurately populate STARRS. - Analyzing program costs; - Reviewing and maintaining compliance with DOD, Service, and command level policies and directives; - Support and provide input for presentations of findings and results to Government decision-making authorities; - Participating in Integrated Product Teams; - Supporting studies and analysis; - Reviewing, analyzing, and auditing contractor performance (i.e., Expenditure Reports, CDRL requirements, etc.). - Integrating activities across Government program/project teams; - Coordination with interfacing programs and other Services on a technical level; - Participate in and support technical exchange meetings Must have the following: - Masters Degree & 2 years experience or Bachelors Degree & 4 years experience or Associates Degree & 6 years experience or High School Diploma or equivalent & 8 years experience. ****Note...This related experience must be in any or all of the programmatic analysis services listed. - Proficient User Level Experience in any/all of the listed Information Systems: TFSMS, SABRS, MOCAS, SPS/PD2, WAWF, PR-Builder, STARRS. - Ability to acquire a DoD security clearance
