Duties:
Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store and establish their shopping interests and/or needsDirect customers to the appropriate area(s) of the store based on the reason(s) for their visitCommunicate to associates throughout the store when customers are being sent to their areas for serviceConduct reverse greetings with customers leaving the store without having made a purchase
Skills:
*Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
*Ability to provide outstanding customer service*Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment*Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures*Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable mannerExperience:
*1-2 years of Retail Cashier and/or Sales experience preferred
