The Project Scheduler supports the business unit by providing detailed project schedules which support the entire project cycle from development to operations. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing project templates in conjunction with the project team, including critical path analysis, alternate schedules, and implementing variables into scheduled (Monte Carlo analysis). The scheduler may have to maintain several schedules at any given time for various sub projects in various stages.

The scheduler interacts with the onsite engineering and construction teams by working with the site team on project status, identifying opportunities for improvement, delays and areas were additional concentration is required.

The project scheduler interacts with the project co-coordinator to support all reporting activity of the project.

The project scheduler supports the rest of the project support team as needed including project set up, cost control, change order tracking and reports.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
PMI Scheduling Professional or similar certification highly preferred.
8 – 10 years experience working with scheduling software (MSPP, Primevera) in a Wireless/ telecom related industry

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Proven Experience Scheduling and supporting multi-million dollar projects.


Highly desired – Experience in Washington (WMATA) or other Subway systems around the country. Understanding of Track access, Escort Access and Union requirements.
