This Executive director Position:
Requires exceptional relationship management with high impact donors, corporate and community leaders. Strong management leadership skills relating to staff and volunteer management will be the key to success.
This well-known organization is seeking a Director who will be responsible for to develop leads and directs area/metro field operations focusing on current strategic and business plan objectives in the delivery of income and mission delivery goals and objectives utilizing community leadership volunteers. Will also be required to motivate a high performance team through effective recruitment, selection, hiring, coaching, development, ongoing training, empowerment, guidance and accountability.
Qualifications: Min 5-7 years experience in Non-profit management and fund raising preferred.
