Summary: Work as part of a team of Derivative Products specialists responsible for structuring and executing a broad range of foreign exchange and interest rate strategies for Capital One’s corporate clients. Responsibilities: Maintains direct contact with a personal portfolio of customers. Structures and implements FX hedging strategies for these customers. Assist in the coordination and training of Relationship Officers and Underwriters to help identify customer spot and forward / hedging opportunities and the development of strategies to meet those opportunities. Regularly participates in calls with Relationship Officers to analyze client FX, funding and hedging needs. Monitors policies, procedures and systems to ensure that applicable regulations are met and internal controls are in place. Identify client need for other Capital One debt and equity funding products and cross sell accordingly. Keeps abreast of industry trends and issues by reviewing industry periodicals and information, attending industry seminars, and meeting with industry leaders. Other duties as assigned. Job Experience: Basic Qualifications: 4 year college degree 7 years of experience in FX or Derivatives. Capital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers.
