Job Experience:
Job Requirements are:
- BA preferred;
- ABA approved paralegal certification;
- Minimum 3 years experience in individual debtor bankruptcy;
- Significant Chapter 13 experience - all aspects, forms, petitions, etc.;
- Strong work ethic.
