Company: National Jewish Medical & Research Center Facility: National Jewish / Main Denver Campus at Denver Department: Quitline Supervises and coordinates the daily operations for the counseling staff within the Quitline department. This includes service levels, staffing, appointment process, reports, client and patient complaints, employee performance, personnel issues, and training for the department. Accountable for creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. Maintains knowledge of and assures departmental compliance with quality and call standards. Effective project and time management skills. Effective verbal, written communication and problem solving skills are required. Must pass clinical and program competencies with a minimum score of 85%.Ability to work in teams and independently as well as coordinate and lead staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Full Time (40 hours per week) Variable Shift BA/BS in a related field required or equiv. experience 4+ years of recent and related experience is required Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred Healthcare experience preferred Supervisory/Management experience required
