Department: Information Technology
The Infrastructure Managers role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organizations IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and coordinating efforts with the network and telecommunications support groups. The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Qualifications: Certifications in ITIL ITSM, Project Management. Four year university degree or college diploma in a technology field and/or 10 years equivalent work experience. Five years experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence.
Shift: 5 Shifts per week. Daytime hours - Weekends and Holidays on Call. Full Time Days. No weekends or holidays.
