JOB SUMMARY: In collaboration with, and under the direction of the Nursing Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and unit based leadership team, the Clinical Educator is responsible for coordinating the orientation program for all new employees within the department, and facilitating continuing education and staff development programs for the nursing staff. MINIMUM education & EXPERIENCE: BSN with a minimum of one year of specialty clinical experience required. The equivalent experience and education may be considered. Specialty certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired. Full time 40 hours Day
