RadioShack has excellent career opportunities available for individuals who display a high energy level, self-motivation and the desire to succeed. The Assistant Manager Program is one of the first steps to starting something great with RadioShack.
You?ll enter the program as an Assistant Manager and progress through training modules focused on developing the skills necessary to be a successful manager. If selected to advance to Store Manager, you will receive additional training and certifications ? all necessary to prepare you for your new role. Program Requirements Our successful Assistant Store Managers come from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels - sales, technical with an engineering degree, retail, human resources, entrepreneur/business owner, and even recent graduates. RadioShack offers extensive training that helps you be successful and grow within the company.
The minimum eligibility requirements include:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliability and high personal integrity
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Flexibility in work schedule and location assignment
All applicants must meet one of the following criteria in addition to the minimum eligibility requirements:

Associate degree or higher
Four or more years of military experience
One year retail management experience
Two years retail-related work experience
One year RadioShack experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in some markets
