Primary Responsibilities:
Answer calls from members, providers, and clients; follow up to calls as needed
Log all calls into call tracking system
Work correspondence for groups on team within 5 days of receipt
Investigate and solve caller related issues
Assist as needed with other projects when requested by management
Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries
You must process claims in a timely manner

Qualifications
;Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience working in insurance or healthcare is required
At least 6 months of telephonic customer service experience is required, call center experience is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Frequent pressure due to deadlines and interruptions
Mostly sedentary position
Must be able to multitask
