Primary Responsibilities: Answer calls from members, providers, and clients; follow up to calls as needed Log all calls into call tracking system Work correspondence for groups on team within 5 days of receipt Investigate and solve caller related issues Assist as needed with other projects when requested by management Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries You must process claims in a timely manner Regardless of your role at UnitedHealthcare, the support you feel all around you will enable you to do what you do with energy, integrity, and confidence.
