Description : Under the direction of the National Business Development Manager, this position is responsible for development and execution of dealer-based Managed Print Services programs that will increase overall revenue and sales of Kyocera Printers and supplies within an assigned territory. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Achieve regional printer sales quotas within the assigned territory-Actively work with assigned dealers to assist in the sales of Printers by providing training, sales meeting support, end user sales call programs with dealers personnel for the purpose of increasing the sale of FS printers. -Establish an MPS dealer engagement and maintenance plan within an assigned territory.-With the National BDM and appropriate Regional Manager, identify and engage non-KMA dealers with active MPS capabilities and establish a recruitment plan. -Develop each dealership for maximum growth in the assigned territory -Develop plans and train dealer personnel to assure the implementation and utilization of Kyocera MPS and other related programs in the field. Actively work with BDM?s assigned dealers to assist in the sales of Printers by providing training, sales meeting support, end user sales call programs with dealers personnel for the purpose of increasing the sale of FS printers. -Submit weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as required to ensure activities are tracking to approved metrics and objectives-Present to KMA dealers and prospective dealers KMA?s technology, programs and reasons to adopt an MPS business strategy and sell KMA?s products-Interface with the MPS Marketing Manager to optimize all filed tools and programs, and to ensure message consistencyRequirements : -Bachelor?s degree, or commensurate experience required -Minimum of 5-7 years office equipment sales with a focus on Printer sales.-Experience in sales strategy and dealer strategy development-Ability to effectively interface with Dealer principals, Sales and Service Managers-Strong communication and technical skills-Ability to analyze dealer financials and create Business Plans-Travel an average of 75% overnight-Valid Driver?s License is required.*Please include salary range expectation when submitting resume.NOTE:This is a general description of the duties and responsibilities most frequently required of this position.
