Primary Responsibilities: Work with the business units for processing requests to get data extracts and printing requests Gather technical information from our business units, as well as working with compliance to assure that the applicable laws and regulations are applied to the data details Assist the data extract teams to pull the information, complete quality checks on the information and give results to the business to approve Remediate any issues that will come from the data extract details, laws, regulations, business requirements Will be working within UHG's ETS infrastructure to complete the extracts delivery, SFTP sites, Autosys schedules and coordination with a delivery team Project management for completing each task while providing excellent communications to all teams Be an expert in general IT knowledge with the ability to support and answer questions that will come from the business unit Gather details and provide reporting on status of the system tickets and IT systems At OptumHealth, you will perform within an innovative culture that's focused on transformational change in the health care system.
