Dynamic nonprofit seeks licensed behavioral health professional to grow our behavioral health &substance abuse programs.Must be Connecticut-licensed LCSW, LMFT or LPC.LADC a plus.2 to 3 years supervisory experience - must have supervised 3 or more.Must be able to provide guidance to Clinical Team by establishing goals that are aligned with overall agency budget and policies.Self-sufficiency, creative problem solving and team spirit are musts.
