Viewpoint Bank is searching for a Treasury Sales Officer to work in our Plano Office


The Treasury Sales Officer works closely with Business Banking, Bank Presidents and Treasury Management Support.

Job Responsibilities

Calls on Treasury Management prospects or existing customers (follow-up calls) to assist in determining client needs and requirements for new accounts and new service set-up needs.
Responsible for generating treasury product sales to businesses throughout the DFW market.
Make joint sales calls with Business Bankers and local Bank Presidents of ViewPoint Bank for the purpose of cross-selling our suite of treasury products to business clientele.
Call on businesses to generate treasury product sales.
Coordinates the execution of new account/new client product/service agreements then forward agreements and implementation documentation to the appropriate internal areas.
Coordinates a smooth transition for the new client to Treasury Client Support upon successful service set-up for any ongoing client need, with follow-up as required.
Works closely with the Treasury Client Support area to satisfy client's expectations and internal requirements.
Represent ViewPoint Bank in making sales calls to Public Entities to coordinate goal achievement of our Public Funds deposit portfolio.

Successful Candidates will possess the following:

Possess 3-5 years of previous experience sales calling on Treasury Management prospects or existing customers to identify client financial needs.
Knowledgeable of the DFW market
Has a thorough knowledge of the technical side of treasury management products
Strong sales skills and sales aptitude.
Has a working knowledge of Account Analysis statements


Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; 5 - 7 years of Treasury Sales experience is required.



Candidates that are fluent in Spanish are eligible for premium differentials.
