As a potential government contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF85P. Position Description: The UMVS Senior Business Analyst for Medical Management Programs will conduct and manage outcomes of various programs that include obtaining data, analyzing, and reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning and to ensure compliance with the TRICARE reporting requirements. The Senior Analyst will support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also, develop and recommend to senior leaders effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Primary Responsibilities: Assesses and interprets TRICARE medical and referral management needs and business and reporting requirements. Establishes the reporting schedule for TRICARE required reports; operational reports; and, clinical outcome reporting, outcome monitoring and analysis for clinical and quality studies offered to TRICARE. QualificationsQualifications: 3 + years of experience with Clinical Application systems used by nurses and doctors to provide case and disease management programs is required Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field is required 3 + years of experience
