Requirements of Store Manager and Customer Service Representative:
High School diploma or GED required and minimum of one-year supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of and responsibility for financial services, to include the ability to read and understand P& L statements.
Experience in revenue-generating capability.
Demonstrated supervisory proficiency in hiring, counseling, and coaching to include conducting performance management sessions.
Ability to meet EZCorp's driving expectations and proof of valid driver's license and insurance.
Store Managers and CSRs both work a 40 hour work week and we are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so if you are tired of working retail hours apply today!
