Metro-DullesDescription·Organize, direct and provide legal support in the area of intellectual property, patents and trademarks under the direction of the Associate General Counsel and General Counsel
·Demonstrate leadership and team-working skills in support of a collaborative environment
·Ensure the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel are kept apprised of material developments and matters on a timely basis exercising sound business and legal judgment to enable General Counsel and Associate General Counsel to discharge their respective duties
·Responsible for institutionalizing and facilitating transfer of know-how and best practice between and among various Company businesses and locations
·Develop and maintain strong business relationships as key relationship manager for senior executives in specified areas and geography
·Provide leadership and direction on intellectual property, patent, trademark and technology matters.
·Provide high-quality, cost-effective legal support to the Company contributing to the achievement of the Company's goals and objectives
·Enable management of business and legal risks within acceptable risk profiles
·Add value to the bottom-line through proactive lawyering and implementation of new approaches to business and legal problemsQualifications·Demonstrated leadership skills and track record, with demonstrated team-working and teambuilding skills
· Substantial experience and/or demonstrated high aptitude as a manager0;·Thorough knowledge of industry and marketplace in identified area
·Legal expertise and business acumen - expertise in intellectual property, patent, trademark and technology matters and demonstrated general business acumen
