A mid-sized law firm in West Los Angeles seeks a Corporate associate with two to three years experience (class years '07-'06). The firm will consider candidates as senior as a fifth year associates ('04 class year) if the candidate is willing to come in as a second or third year. The ideal candidate would have experience in general Corporate work, private equity and or Securities transactional work. The candidate must be able to manage deal closings and prepare acquisition and sale documents; securities filings and private placementment memoranda. Preference will be given to top tier law school graduates with top grades.
