Job Details:Provide safe and therapeutic structure. Provide direct supervision and professional direct care to assigned youth. Establish and maintain a professional and therapeutic relationship with youth and their families. Punctually attend all relevant meetings, trainings, and in-services. Appropriately document and communicate all relevant youth information. Demonstrate a working knowledge in each youth's treatment/education plan. Promote teamwork amongst all team members to facilitate therapeutic treatment/education of youth and their families. Maintain the physical program in an orderly, clean, and safe manner. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of six months experience in related field (i.e. Psychiatric, Detox, Substance Abuse, Human Service/Residential, Special Education, etc.) required. Also requires reading, writing, and documentation skills to facilitate learning in a therapeutic treatment/educational environment. Must have a valid driver's license required for type of vehicle being used. Must be 21 years of age and present documentation for the registry of Motor Vehicles of an acceptable driving record as outlined in the facilities Vehicle Safety Policy. Bilingual a plus!
