Team Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Team Lead will be responsible for the oversight of on-site Patient Service Representatives who establish eligibility for public assistance programs (Medicaid and charity). Our representatives work with the patients as well as the various agencies providing the assistance. The goal is for the patients to receive program coverage for their unpaid medical expenses. This position will be responsible for client services, reporting, staffing, scheduling, working with patients on securing benefits, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Must have valid drivers license
Degree is preferred
Supervisory experience is helpful
Knowledge of state Medicaid guidelines
Must be professional and have ability to communicate with coworkers, patients, outside agencies and hospital employees
Social Service experience and bilingual spanish skills a plus
Must be willing to work 8-4:30pm Monday-Friday
