Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy). Able to grasp a firm understanding of the importance of compliance and safety as outlined during new hire orientation and annual training. Solid computer/keying skills required. OUTSTANDING Customer Service skills and verifiable customer service experience required. License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of applicable experience.
