Acquire new business customers for Comcast's broadband Internet and Video service(s). Exceed established activity and quota goals. Develops prospects through telephone and in-person cold calling, lead development and referrals. Determine customer needs and professionally presents Comcast broadband solutions using available resources. Close opportunities while ensuring goodwill between the customer and Comcast. Complete required documentation to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain tracking information including contact database, activity reporting, and sales forecasts. Monitor competitive activity and market conditions providing feedback to Management. Participate in trade shows, industry events, customer entertainment activities, sales meetings, training programs and conferences as directed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred. One plus years outside business to business sales experience required.Maintain a valid current driver's license and adequate automobile insurance.Maintain a high quality driving record, and carry valid proof of insurance at all times.Ability to clearly and effectively set goals and attain them as evidenced by a proven track-record in business, education or extracurricular activities.Computer literate including spreadsheets, word processing, Outlook and scheduling.
