A very loving family is looking for a bright, motivated individual to work with a 7 year old Autistic boy and to join their team in New Delhi , India . The candidate should be able to relocate to India for a minimum of 12 months and should possess a master?s degree in psychology or special education. The candidate is required to have an Applied Behavior Analysis background and should have or be in the process of getting a BCBA certification. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take daily data
Implement appropriate behavior, occupational therapy, and speech protocols
Graph daily data
Run programs accordingly
Ongoing communication with family and staff from McCarton Center in the United States via email and telephone call conferences
Maintenance of binder encompassing daily data
Gathering and making new materials used for programs
Videotape sessions per McCarton Center ?s request
